Terms and Conditions
Event Registration:
All ticket sales are final. No Refunds will be given. Ticket voucher(s) will be emailed upon completion of purchase. Attendee must present ticket voucher upon entry to gain admittance to exhibition floor. If your voucher email has not been received within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder. If not found there, please email staff@aqua-fest.com directly for a copy of your voucher.
Tickets may be transferred officially through Friday, March 15th, 2024 at 11:59pm. Transfer requires the ticket holder to email staff@aqua-fest.com with the transfer request, including the name and email address of the new ticket holder(s).
Attendee Data:
By submitting registration details, attendees agree to allow LIT Events LLC to contact them regarding this and future events hosted by LIT Events LLC . The contact details of registered attendees will be placed on the attendee list which will be used for the purpose of event informational emails and event related promotional messages. Attendees who do not wish to be included on this list can opt-out using the link included on each email. LIT Events LLC does not share or sell this contact information with any entity besides our contracted messaging platform, and strictly used by LIT Events LLC for the purpose of communicating with past and future attendees of Aqua-Fest.
Photographs, Publicity Material, Radio and Television and Print Media:
LIT Events LLC reserves the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by LIT Events LLC in the course of the event, for whatever use deemed proper by the LIT Events LLC. LIT Events LLC has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of Attendees, Sponsors, Exhibitors and their Exhibits including its contents, in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without compensation to to the Attendee, Sponsor or Exhibitor, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be LIT Events LLC’s sole property, free of any claims of Attendee, Exhibitor or Sponsor or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the Attendee, Exhibitor or Sponsor.
Admittance:
LIT Events LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion and without refund, to refuse admittance to or expel from the conference anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive or harmful to the conference, an exhibitor, or any other attendee. This includes those who attend for the purpose of selling items at the event without a registered and accepted vendor agreement with LIT Events LLC and related fees.
Force Outside of Organizers Control:
LIT Events LLC shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of LIT Events LLC or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, LIT Events LLC may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of LIT Events LLC. In the event the conference cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, LIT Events LLC shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. LIT Events LLC will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
